You live in a community. Your big advantage is that you know that community. You know the kind of people who live their. You know the way they think. What they are looking for when it comes to real estate.
But the question is do they know you? Have you made yourself known to them?
What have you done to market yourself? Are you using search engines such as face book and twitter to build a community of potential clients for yourself? Does you’re photo appear on every Bus stop bench? Do you have an article running in the weekly local paper? Do you appear on Radio programs? There are new ways to connect with people on the internet and there are traditional way directly in your community. Remember most people when the time comes to choose an agent will choose the one that first comes to mind. Lesson, marketing and advertising pays.
