Evan and Sonja are clients who recently purchased their winter home from me in Sun City Grand. As with most baby boomers, they will be spending the fall and spring, taking pleasure in the Arizona weather and enjoying the numerous activities that Sun City Grand offers.
Sonja will be busy at the art studio, taking classes, learning new techniques and perfecting old ones. She enjoys shopping at Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Fashion Square and Arrowhead Town Center. Evan will probably be on one of the 4 championship golf courses with his many golfing buddies, especially Don and Drook.
The previous owners left Evan and Sonja meticulous notes documenting each shrub and tree that was planted on the property. They left suggestions on the care and features of the flora. It was recommended that the lower branches on this tree not be trimmed. Hummingbirds have had many nests on the lower branches which ultimately resulted in many hours of enjoyment watching the babies.
I live in Sun City Grand and sometimes drive by homes that I have sold in the community. A few days ago I decided to stop by and check out Evan and Sonja's home that they haven't seen since it was purchased. The backyard was in bloom after a night full of rain. The side yard is adjacent to a common area. It too was in bloom due to the high humidity. I was simply amazed by the beauty of this yard!
Evan and Sonja, I am sure you are going to love your beautiful Sun City Grand home. The backyard privacy will surely bring you many years of enjoyment.
