What is the best Realtor website out there??? Don't hold out on me!

What is working for you? What are you looking for? Advertising, Referrals, New Leads, Networking, Marketing tools?

There are a gamut of websites out there for Realtors - Realtor.com, Homes.com, Craigslist, Facebook, Activerain... What do you find most useful. Is there a hidden gem out there? Do share. I frequently google all sorts of key words just to find new avenues and to try to "think outside the box". What is your favorite Real Estate website and why???? Inquisitive minds want to know!

****Also...trade secrets..I'm really trying to expand my network of REO bank contacts. Almost all have closed their doors to new agents. Any hints or strategies...contacts? Referrals? Suggestions? Share the wealth!

Thanks for stopping by I look forward to reading your comments!

Merri,

Best of luck to you on the REO side.  That seems to be a tough nut to crack.  AR and Craigslist drive more traffic to my site than any others.

My partner pays for a premium spot on Realtor.com but has yet to generate anything off of it.

Merri - AR drives lots of traffic to my website, and so does posting on Twitter.  As you read blog posts you'll discover other helpful sites and information.  Good luck!

Have you attended 5 star yet?  I have heard agents who go there do get some good contacts and one on ones with vendors.  I am not interested in REO or short sale listings so I don't know if there is any truth to that!

I work on the buy side mostly and it seems like many vendors "cleaned house" during the moratoriums.  (Lots of new names with REO list agents!) I got accepted to a couple more REO vendors just recently but I only want the BPOs :)
