I am so excited, I am on my way to Dallas to speak at the Texas Association of REALTORS® Convention. My subject is "Staging is not Decorating - Maximize Results Through Home Staging!" and it is approved for 3 hours CE Credit, which is great because it is 3 hours long...

I am giving the course 2 times - morning and afternoon on Monday, September 14th. I hope some of you will come see me, I'd hate to be up there for 6 hours talking to myself!

I promise it will not only be informative and fun, but actually useful, covering ideas on using staging to market yourself and your client's property, as well as, staging tips and techniques! I hope to see you there - please introduce yourself and let me know you are an activerainer.

How did it go? That's a wonderful opportunity! I can't imagine what I would say for three hours although I have thought of writing my own CE course. Problem is the powers that be said they will not approve it for my state.
