Has anyone else used this tool that a lot of lenders use now? They will feature a Realtor partner that they work with and it's a web based program that gives the potential buyer a login and username as well as the agent and lender having access to a main page. Show's when their prospects log in, what they are searching for and also a notebook that they may log notes about properties in.
I used this a few years back and was wanting to see which lenders are using it, I don't remember if it was exclusive to a certain company or not. Anyone know a lender who offers it, or have you used it yourself?
