I hope if it is extended that nothing is said about that until just before dead line...we don't need an excuse for buyers to stay on the fence.

Nick - I think that we are nearing the deadline anyway. If buyers don't have an accepted contract by the middle of October, some of these files may not close in time. That basically gives buyers about 1 month to find their home as of today.
