I will not forget either. I remember moment by moment that day. I remember spending time crying, praying and hoping. Glued to the TV....waiting for something to make me feel better. Nothing did.

Kathleen,

It all seems just like yesterday. when I heard that the world trade center was hit by an airplane I thought how could an accident like this happen but when a second one hit I knew it was no accident.

Kathleen, It's got to be the saddest day of the year.  I won't forget and neither will my children or their children.  Freedom comes at a very high price.

I was touring homes with the rest of our office, as we entered one of the homes the owners were just crying their eyes out and pointing to the TV. I will never forget those folks, their home and the horror of us all watching.

Kathleen - The events of that day changed our lives so drastically.  It will be a day I will never forget. We were a military family at the time and the first units that deployed to Afghanistan were from Fort Drum.  It was an extremely difficult time and has really not lessened for so many people that have been affected by this tragedy.  Thank you for calling to mind the events of this day for many who may have climbed into their comfortable lives and have forgotten all that was lost that day.
