Too busy to be writing much on the blog

Well I took my course to officially become a licensed broker and wrote the exam last Friday. Meanwhile I have been so busy listing and selling homes that I have had to neglect the Halifax Real Estate blog! I apologize to all of my faithful readers but I have tried to keep you all updated via the twitter feed although even that has been neglected recently. Just to give you an idea of how busy I have been, during my course that ran from the 17th of August to the 28th, 9AM to 4PM I worked until 11PM or later just about every night even neglecting studying! Thankfully I managed to take a couple of days prior to the exam that was on the 4th of September(LAST FRIDAY) to study. During the course and during the week I was supposed to be studying I was working on 8 deals and showing properties to 2 different sets of clients that were each on a time crunch! So you can see why I have been neglegant of the blog. I hope to put some good posts up the first of next week. Until then I will have trouble finding time. Have a great weekend Halifax! In Virginia it takes 180 hours of specific courses of study and at least 3 years as a full time active sales agent before you can take your Brokers exam.  Sounds like your course is tough to but not quite as long.
