Hi Steve,

Boulder Dam and Hoover Dam, one is the same, correct? It's a pretty amazing place to me, hard to believe they could build something like that back then.

12 months of inventory, yet you have a pretty healthy average price.

Hi, Lynda,

Yes Boulder and Hoover Dam are the same place. The dam was originally named the Boulder Dam. I believe it was changed in the fortys to Hoover Dam. Boulder City kept its name. There is a Boulder Dam Hotel and the Boulder Dam Credit Union.

As far as the inventory and price go. Boulder City has a controlled growth rate of 4% per year. There is no gambling. It is called, clean and green Boulder City. Population is around 15,000. It has all the advantages and disadvantages of a small town. The city has also held its home values better than most other citys in Nevada.
