In San Antonio there has been a hugh response to the 8k tax credit by first time homebuyers. There is continued conversions about the credit being extended and even enlarged to 15k. However, what if the credit is ended in november as planned?
If meaningful economic benifit ends, what will decembers lead counts look like. We currently adjust sales in the month of december, now we are looking a tax benifit ending. What conversions are we having with our agents to adjust there current pipelines to avoid a dip.
