Jurgen,

I just took a look at your adorable listing in Maple Ridge. Did you or your client consider staging it? I am sure it is quite small, and possibly difficult for potential first time buyers to "see" the potential. You may have wanted to consider staging a home before reducing the price. The small investment in staging could very well have brought in the first asking price. Now you are leaving money on the table.

Just a thought.
