There are still several FSBO in the Sacramento areas.  Sellers that purchased in 2003 and did not take money out may still sell with out being short. The problem is the commissions can cause them to go short.  This is a great opportunity to discuss the short sale or loan modification with them.  If you get a chance, check out our new website www.localhomelink.com.
