Yes, it's that time of year again. Grab your family, friends, and anyone else who is looking for some good old fashioned fun and head out to the Emmett Cherry Festival. The fun starts on Wednesday June 13th and runs through Saturday June 16th. There is so much to do and something for everyone.
Start your day out with some great fun while picking cherries right out of the orchards. There are several U-Pick orchards available to choose from and not just cherries.
Head on over to Emmett City Park and visit some of the exhibits, rides, and don't forget the food! Activities include a Cherry Pie Eating Contest, Cherry Pit Spitting Contest, Cherry Festival Parade, and a full-scale Carnival, and Car Expo.
Don't forget... The annual Cherry Festival Parade rolls through downtown Emmett Saturday at 6 p.m.
