Heritage Hills Lone Tree CO homes continued to sell at a similar page in August 09 as in the past couple of months. The total sale for the year are almost at 2008 level. The average days on the market rose noticeably. One of the reasons is that the inventory that has been sitting on the market is moving. There are six homes for sale in the Enclave of Heritage Hills which consist of patio homes.
