Fabulous Mitchell.

Give me any residence with beautiful hardwood flooring and I'll make it a spectacular home.

Thanks Lenn, It is a beautiful spacious affordable home. Washington Heights is Manhattan's highest point overlooking the Hudson.

Mitchell, it not only has a bedroom, but also a dining room!  That's almost unheard of up there!

Hi Mitchell... what a great looking co-op and an incredible price!  I am not sure if it's the angle of the picture or what, but this unit looks very spacious!

Hi Pat, Dining rooms are rare in 1 bedroom apartments. A 1BR with a dining room/area is called a Jr 4 or a convertible 2. (NY apt lingo)

Hi Steve, Thank you. This apartment would cost a lot more downtown. It is about 725 square feet.
