Lenn - We have very few high rise communities.  However, these townhomes look like they are starting to move as some buyers are coming back to the higher ends of the market.  Sold 1 off this video post to our website.  Not bad - 1 sale even before this was on YouTube.com.

Susan - It seems that things along the park are starting to move again so it is a good sign.  Thanks for the comment.  We try to provide as much information as we can because we are in a competitive market.

Debbie - These are actually fee simple attached townhomes in a PUD as opposed to a condominium.  However, the townhomes do have facade agreements and do have joint maintenance that make them low maintenance and give them the feel of condo style community living.

Pamela - These are fee simple townhomes and thanks for the compliment.  We are looking for some buyers to close out this project.  We just sold 1 via this video that we posted on YouTube so the investment in time seems to be worth it.
