Let's hear it from the horse's mouth!

There is a whole lot of speculating going on about what the housing market is going to do over the next 6 months, 1 year, couple of years. I just read an MSNBC article with regards to what they predict some areas are going to do.   I religiously read the Real Estate business news .... but I think the predictions are best to come "from the horses mouth" so to say.  I would rather listen to the agents working the areas then someone sitting at a desk doing their best to guess the future.....

So which  metro area markets stand the best chance of recovery, and when will that upturn occur? What is YOUR opinion?

Thanks everyone and have a great night!

More than just great rates
It kills me that all of these people who are predictors are news men and women and not pros like us who work in this business everyday. The market is not as bad as the media makes it out to be.

Deirdre - MY OPINION is that the NEWS needs a new challenge.  Maybe we should talk about how "they" thrive on the negative and depressing and distressing!!  I would like to challenge them to find the GOOD in every story they have to broadcast for a week and see if they can actually do it...successfully!

The market is not good...does "that info" make them experts for reiterating the fact that they've recognized that too.  WOW!!

GOOD POST by the way...  :-)

Right on the money.  The people in the trenches on a daily basis are the best experts to listen to.
