Running and Real Estate Sales

What is it about running that keeps you sane? There is something about getting up before everyone on your street and hitting the pavement for an hour. I always solve any problems I have while I'm out it seems. I also get great ideas that just seem to pop out of my nowhere as well.

This works great with real estate. The stress can be sometimes pretty high. If I am having a day when it seems I can't please anyone, I'll lace up my sneakers and hit the highway.  And all my troubles just fade away.

Anyone else out there a runner?

Hi Paul, I used to run  (run/walk to be precise) and completed 6 half marathons and 3 full marathons in about 2 years.  My crowing glory was the Goofy Challenge at Disney world, a full and a half back to back, Sat and Sun.  I don't miss the running but I do miss the silence and peace.  Great post.  PS, if you are a marathoner,  or hope to do one, and are in it "just for fun" Disney is Great!

Hey Paul,

I have to say that I have also found running to be a great way to start my day. I only recently went full time with real estate and didn't really have the time before. Now, I've found that it gets my day off to a great start when I run first. It clears my head of the clutter and allows me to focus on what I need to get accomplished for the day.
