Our test run was very successful so we are running the program full scale.

We launched a test of our program a few months ago and it was a tremendous success.  So successful, that the City of Portland has agreed to help out with the full blown program.

We have put together a dynamic team consisting of a developer/contractor, realtor (one of the top in the State), a mortgage lender (again, one of the top in the State), our credit repair firm, a pastor and an investor.  With the program we have set up, we are able to place more people into homes than ever before.  So the City of Portland decided they would kick in a few dollars and pay for the credit restoration of our clients when we begin the first phase of our full blown program on July 28th.  I am personally honored and humbled at being a part of this team.  The people on this team are true professionals who are not motivated by greed or the next commission, but rather, by the desire to see more Americans attain home ownership.

In the next few months we are going to begin expanding this program to other areas of the country.  If you are a realtor, investor, mortgage lender/broker, or developer, and you are interested in working with a team of professionals dedicated to making the American dream come true for many people, please contact me to discuss the details.  If your area is one that qualifies and/or meets our criteria, we will work with you to develop a similar program in your area.  I look forward to working with all of you.

Not trying to be critical here, but perhaps this post should be categorized as 'advertising?'

What are you doing that all the other credit repair shops are not doing?  They all advertise the same thing.  All credit repair shops that has called on my company has stated that they can repair credit for our clients so the we can either refinance their current mortgage or we can prequalify them and turn them over to a realtor or builder to find them a home.

Thank you all for your kind posts.  I will be in contact with those of you who are interested.  It was not my intention to make this ad an advertisement.  I just wanted to share the news that we have figured a way to break down the barriers that are keeping a lot of deserving families from home ownership.  It is exciting news and I wanted to share it with everyone.  After I looked over my original post I can see how it can be misconstrued to be an advertisement so I will make great effort to ensure that I word my posts more carefully in the future.  I am not some high ranking executive with a gift for words.  I am just an average Joe who is plain spoken and tells it like it is.  I will endeavor to be more careful in the future.

BUT... come on, you gotta admit, this IS exciting.  No longer is home ownership limited to those who have lived a perfect life.  Now anyone with the income to support it can own a home!  How can one NOT be excited to know about that?

I do thank you for your critique Rich and I will be more careful in the future.  I promise.
