September 2009 - Santa Cruz, CA Real Estate Market Update

Inventory of homes for sale in Santa Cruz County has been shrinking over the last several months, and rates for home loans continue to remain low!  In addition, the $8,000 Homebuyer tax credit is set to expire at the end of this year, so it's important for homebuyers to get prepared, and take action.
