One of my agents is working on a proposal for a new community in Meridian, Idaho in which the builder would like to have some in house sales people working as "employees" of the builder to sit their community and still be licensed under my brokerage.
They will be having one or two other communities staffed by different brokerages so this "staff" agent will be able to float between communities and be paid by the builder for hours worked. If they sell something, I can legally pay commissions based on being an active Realtor.
I have not been able to find any compensation plans or Independant Contractor Agreements addressing this type of Hybrid operation, so if you happen to have something you could forward to me, that would be most appreciated!
