As a Lender I'm alwasy looking for new ways to add value to realty partners. What current value-add services are you adding to your listings... and at what cost? Doing a little research here..
I'm looking into virtual tour co-branding as a method to limit my partners costs (RESPA-Compliant split of course).
What cost are agents used to paying for slide show and/or video tours for listings?
If I was able to offer a co-branded virtual tour to realtors, for $20-50 per year, unlimited uses per year, unlimited properties, per year... would this be perceived as a a true value-add? Or would you prefer to pay full price for a realtor-only branded package?
Assume if would be linkable and embedded to comply to MLS requirements...
