Waterville Valley, NH, August 12, 2009…Waterville Valley Resort’s master developer, the Waterville Company, is developing the last single family homesites ever to be offered in the resort town. Under Waterville Valley’s Master plan, the rest of the town’s land has either already been delevoped for single family homes, or is in the White Mountain National Forest.
