guerrilla marketing

Real Estate Agent with Foxhall Investments

The bar none most cost effective way to generate new business and help sell the listings you already have is guerrilla marketing coupled with a good personal agent website.

My personal favorites are as follows -

1.) Asking the establishments you frequent to feature brochures and or business cards in a conspicuous place in their establishment.  You are contributing to their business, don't be shy asking them to help you grow yours.

2.) Featuring your newsletter on your website and email signatures.  By promoting your newsletter you encourage people to stay in touch with what you're doing in the industry.  If they are in touch (sign up for your monthly newsletter), you are in mind when they think about buying or selling real estate.

3.) Branding.  I have agents in my office who brand everything from pens to their personal vehicles.  Whatever works.  Make sure you have a website URL name that is easy to remember and let the branding begin.  I make sure that my website url www.highendchicago.com is feature very prominently on listing sheets I hand out at open and broker open houses.

The more people are driven to your site, the more opportunity you have to adverise your listings and to capture new business.
