The best complement to a good guerrilla marketing campaign is a strong, informative website.

When it comes to web shoppers, your website is the closer.  If you have a well setup website you will be able to keep visitors on your site and interested for longer.  If you have appropriate lead capture systems in place you will be able to entice your web visitors to sign-up for one of the many services you can offer them.

Don't be too brief in explaining all the services that you can provide your clients.  Many times the general public has a skewed idea of what it is a realtor can actually do for them.

One of the major misconceptions is that a buyer needs to compensate an agent in order to work with them.  Take the time to explain how the process works on the buyer and the seller side and your web visitors will feel much more comfortable leaving you a message or requesting an appointment.

Very interesting. We often forget that buyers don't understand how the process works.
