I will be holding an Open House from 2 to 5 on Sunday, Testing a new Strategy on this home. I will have a significantly higher amount of signage, leading to 601 S Williamsburg RD, in Savannah GA 31419. This property is in a nice quiet neighborhood, the pride of ownership on the cull-de-sac is remarkable. This home does need some work and could be one serious bargain if negotiated with the right strategy.
Right now the Grass is a tiny bit longer than when this picture is taken, ( when its raining here you just about have to cut your grass every week) but still has a very nice profile.
