ORILLIA ONTARIO CANADA "CAME TOGETHER" IN A BIG WAY!!

Hi there Al & Peggy, I bet that was GREAT! Such wonderful memories The Beatles bring back for so many of us. I just watched the Anthology on TV the other night, that was very good too. I bet a good time was had by all!!! 

Al & Peggy, boy does that bring back memories.  I was in 4th grade when they first came to the US and appeared on the Ed Sullivan Show.

Al and Peggy - Have you bought any new books on MJ yet?  I just found a 1 inch thick book and and a 2 inch thick book about Michael Jackson at Walmart yesterday, both released after his death.

I was there! I was there! And then I saw her standing there. It was only in my dreams, which caused me misery. Then along came Anna with all her chains. Tagging along behind her was a bunch of boys singing "Love Me Do." Anna said, "Ask me why" I won't go out with you. One of the boys said, “Please please me,” to which Anna responded, “Baby it’s you.” One of the other boys asked Anna, “Do you want to know a secret?” Anna said, “No, I just want a taste of honey.” That got all the boys excited, and one of them said, “There’s a place where we can twist and shout.”

This boy looked at Anna ever so sweetly and said, “I want to hold your hand.” Anna said, “It won’t be long. All I’ve got to do is send all my loving to you. After that, don’t bother me.” This boy continued to look at Anna with dreamy eyes, and said, “Little Child, ‘til there was you, I didn’t know what it meant to have someone hold me tight. I wanna be your man.” Anna looked at this boy and said, “We’ve already been down that road before. Not a second time.”

Meanwhile, the sappiness between this boy and Anna caused long tall Sally to exclaim, “Oh my God, roll over, Beethoven.” This boy looked at long tall Sally and said, “Thank you, girl!” As this boy continued staring at long tall Sally, even though he knew she had the devil in her heart, he told long tall Sally, “You’ve really got a hold on me.” Long tall Sally looked back, and said, “Money, that’s what I want.” This boy, stumbling all over himself, said, “I’ll get you. You’ll know I’m here when I call your name.” Long tall Sally responded, “You can’t do that.” Later that day, the postman arrived at this boy’s place. This boy asked him, “Please, Mr. Postman,” tell me what long tall Sally thinks of me. Mr. Postman replied, “She loves you.”

After that revelation from Mr. Postman, this boy had a hard day’s night. “Tell me why,” said one of the other boys. “I’ll cry instead,” said this boy. Meanwhile, Anna was getting jealous and told this boy, “I’m happy just to dance with you. I should have known better, but if I fell in love with you, remember that money can’t buy me love.” This boy told Anna, “I love you, and I love her.” Anna turned around to leave, saying, “Just remember the things we said today. When I get home, I’m going to slow down, get out my matchbox, and have a roach and a margarita.” That got this boy all excited, so he asked if he could go over to Anna’s place. “Any time at all,” said Anna.

Meanwhile, long tall Sally was trying to call this boy but got no reply. She thought, “I’m a loser, but I’ll be back when baby’s in black!” As long tall Sally listened to some rock and roll music, she thought, “I’ll follow the sun. Maybe there I’ll find Mr. Moonlight.” Long tall Sally’s mom said, “Honey, don’t.” Long tall Sally said, “It’s okay mom. Everybody’s trying to be my baby, but I feel fine.” As long tall Sally’s mom turned to leave, she thought to herself, “She’s a woman.”

One of the boys that was tagging along behind Anna turned into a bad boy after he had moved to Kansas City – a little too much hey! Hey! Hey! Hey! While he was in jail, which felt like eight days a week, he met Dizzy Miss Lizzy, one of the security guards. Dizzy Miss Lizzy told that bad boy, “You like me too much.” Bad boy told Dizzy Miss Lizzy, “I don’t want to spoil the party, but I have words of love for you.” Dizzy Miss Lizzy said “What you’re doing is stalking.” Bad boy said, “Yes it is,” but that didn’t deter him. Bad Boy looked at at Dizzy Miss Lizzy and said, “Tell me what you see. Every little thing.”

Dizzy Miss Lizzie cried out, “Help!” Yet just the night before, Dizzy Miss Lizzy had said, “I need you, but I don’t want my dad to find out, so you’ve got to hide your love away.” Dizzy Miss Lizzy was hoping that bad boy didn’t’ have another girl. Bad boy’s dad said, “You’re gonna lose that girl” and gave bad boy a ticket to ride.

Yes, indeed, there was another girl: Michelle. Bad boy took one look at Michelle and cried out, “I’ve just seen a face,” a face that he wanted to have forever. So he went to get a piece of Norwegian wood to carve the word in to give to Michelle, but there was a bird on the beautiful Norwegian wood branch that bad boy wanted to use, so he thought, “As soon as this bird has flown, I’ll get that beautiful Norwegian wood branch.” Unfortunately, that Norwegian wood tree was on Doctor Robert’s land, but bad boy thought, “You won’t see me” if I wait until nightfall. Waiting a few hours wouldn’t hurt anything. After all, it’s only love. Bad boy fell off to sleep that night dreaming, “Girl, I’m looking through you. I want you in my life.” Doctor Robert made an unexpected entry into bad boy’s dream, telling him, “Wait! Run for your life!” Perhaps Doctor Robert knew something?

When they first came over I disliked them with a passion. You see I was dating Diane D at the time, and when she heard them it was all over for me, Oh well, I'm sure everybody had a great time.
