Do You Have The Right Pieces?

By
Home Builder with PEP source

Have you ever bought something that you had to assemble to find that the pieces don't fit together? This is one of the most frustrating things that happens in our business. It is especially frustrating when the product is a special order product. Most of the time, we just package the product up and take it back to the store it was purchased from and get another one.

Has this ever happened to you?

What a fun question to ponder. We ordered a file cabinet once that did not have all of the pieces. Lots of files left on the floor for an extra week. LOL

Lisa: It's worst when you have pieces left over and have to figure out where they should go.

It always seems that when I'm assembling something that requires inserting tab "A" into slot "B", that tab  "A" is bent or there is no slot "B"  : )

John: That is really funny for any one who has ever put any thing together.
