Check out this great article from Sunday's New York Times. It references how NJ towns along train lines (like the towns we serve in Cranford, Westfield, etc) have performed better than many other areas, and how these towns will lead the NJ housing recovery.
While the prices are at a discount, and sellers need to price properly to sell, this article further supports the fact that home sales in towns like Cranford are still healthy when compared to other parts of the nation especially.
