Congratulations to Pam Gebhardt - who is all three of those things to me - on being featured in the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) magazine, The Residential Specialist, in the September/October 2009 issue with a referral story.
I wanted to share it here because it's a great story - and if it doesn't convince you to begin working on (or finish) your CRS designation...I don't know what will!
I became a CRS because Pam is one - I saw the amazing impact it can have on your business and just one month after receiving my designation, I got my first referral, too.
