When we sell a home, we leave the virtual tours on the web. We remove the asking price and the address but the tour remains. It stands as a sample of the quality of work we do, what cities we list homes in, and as a testament to the fact that we sell homes!
An ancillary benefit is that we occasionally get calls from buyers asking if we have any more homes like the tour they saw. We always have something to show them. Our most recent sale was a $2.8 million dollar home that paid us $84,000. Better than recycling trash!
