"I Was Skeptical About Dan's Guaranteed Good Faith Estimate"
I was scared to death about refinancing. Then I got this letter in the mail. It sounded good, but you never know. I was skeptical. I read about all these other people that this guy "Dan Dowling" had helped. He had all of these testimonials and just a ton of information. I didn't know what to think. But I took the plunge.
Dan said there would be no surprises at closing. But still I was holding my breath. And when we got there, he was right - he wrote a check for $442 out of his own money to make sure my costs were exactly as he promised. ( I would have never noticed, but he voluntarily brought it up and paid it!) It's so refreshing to work with such integrity. He does what he says he'll do. I've now been through the entire process. When I first saw all of the testimonials from other clients I was skeptical, now I'm glad to include my very own satisfied comments. Dan just does exactly what he says he'll do and a whole lot more. He means it when he says he'll stay in touch with you for life.
