Warning signs

Services for Real Estate Pros with InSite Virtual Tours

Some of you may see warning signs when your sellers are considering using a different agent or removing their home from the market.

In making appointments for virtual tours, there have been a couple cases where the seller continues to put me off by moving the appt date further and further back. One of the times, the owner was swithing agents, and the other time the owner was trying to decide if she wanted to continue with her agent (which she eventually decided to do).

Oh how fun it is to be in Real Estate sometimes. These are good "tell tail signs!"

Thanks Becky :)

When you learn that a listing has expired or the homeowner has changed agents, do you normally contact the new agent and offer to reload the tour using their information? Great way to introduce your services to them..offer them the same tour at a reduced price.

Oh yes...It is very frustrating when some people think avoiding the situation will make it go away! Why not just tell us so we dont both waste our time.
