In case you've been in a cave or maybe focused on why local tex mex eatery was just given 750k by the city of Austin, you may have missed the announcement that the Concordia University redevelopment.
Concordia University sold their entire campus to a developer that is planning on mixed use development starting as soon as late 2007. There will also be a luxury spa/hotel included as part of the offering.
The most interesting part of the announcment however came from the residential side where they revealed that the condos in the project would START at $700,000! Yikes!
