Blessed Are the Peace Makers!

Real Estate Agent with KW Commercial - Keller Williams

In this difficult economic time it is not surprising to see an increase in contractual disagreements resulting in conflicts and even law suits. Everything from the earnest money deposit to the time and date of closing can come into question. When tempers are flaring and money is at stake it can be a difficult task to diffuse the situation enough to be able to move toward a resolution. That's where the services of a professional mediator can be invaluable. Often times issues can be resolved in a few short hours spent in mediation. That's why I chose to become trained and certified in the art of mediation. After the first couple of mediations I did it became very apparent that mediation is a powerful and usefull tool. Not only will it lead to resolution of most conflicts but it can save all parties ALOT of money and court costs. If you have a need for a strong mediator or just have questions about the process please feel free to contact me via email or @ 615 593-4325. Here's to conflict free transactions in your future!
