The Dinosaurs ARE Coming!!! 
A few weeks ago I sent sent out a couple of links concerning the new projected Dinosaur Park in our immediate area. It seems more realistic all of the time. If you are driving south on HWY 59 just south of Roman Forest, you will now see this sign that was posted just a few days ago. It is an artist rendition of the projected $1.6 BILLION park and what it will entail. That is correct...that is BILLION with a "B."
This is a HUGE economic factor in from Humble all the way north on Hwy 59 to Cleveland TX. Good or bad, depending on which side of the fence you are on, the park will change our area forever!
Our area is destined for some major growth in the next few years. I know that this park has been rumored for a few years but every day it becomes more and more of a reality. Here is yet another evidence that it will happen.
It is projected to bring in an additional $200 to $400 million dollars per year in revenue. From hotels, new and used homes, restaurants and infrastructure, we stand to be in the right place at the right time.
It is time to think creatively and figure out how much of that additional revenue can be yours!
