Hi Lenn,

I took my course on line. My wife took a course in person in Washington DC last Spring through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and needs one more sale to get the CLHMS Designation. You may want to check this one out. I wanted to do something different than her so went with the ALHS Designation. She enjoyed networking with the other agents and doing it in person. I hope this helps.

Pat - I love the exterior of this home. I would imagine there are quite of few impressive homes in your neck of the woods as well. I remember seeing a converted embassy that some family friends owned that was just incredible. Hope all is well in DC.
