As an agent or a broker your job is not about buying and selling. That is only one of many activities you do. Your job is about building relationships. Because people do business with people they like. And people like people who listen to them. Building friendships is a sure fire way to build your business. Never forget you are in the people business.
Set targets and goals that are both realistic and achievable. Success breeds success. Develop a simple method of checking how you are doing, if you are meeting your targets dates and numbers. Don’t give up, don’t get thrown off course, stick to your plan.
A bank is a place that will lend you money, if you can prove you don’t need it.
