A Clean House

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty Spartanburg, S.C.

A good first inpression can make a big differance in the sale of a house. Homeowners who spend a couple of hundred dollars on cleaning and de-cluttering could yield many times that amount when the home sells. Staging the home, landscaping front and backyards, repairing electrical and plumbing problems can also give you bang for your buck. Updating Kitchen and bathrooms will give you the best return on the dollar spent.

Jean - You would think that sellers understand the importance of cleaning, but we've all seen examples of their not getting the message.

Jean - A clean house is a sold house.  Right away, buyers get a bad impression when they enter a dirty house.

Jean: The floors should be shining clean and everything thing should sparkle and the decor should be neutral. And IT should smell good!!!!!
