You've got to Love the Real Estate business.

I have a client now who is in my sphere of influence who expressed to me they were previously working with a Real Estate Agent/Lender. They shared with me that this person never showed them homes because he did not have a supra key and obviously did not belong to a local board.......How could this guy call himself an Real Estate Agent.... That was funny to me! The craziest thing about the whole story is this guy said he was not mad or angry that I was now going to represent the client but for me to keep in mind that we need to put the buyer's best interest first. He was not putting the buyer first...he was putting himself first.
