Steve's Real Estate Tip Of The Day 9/24- Static Cling Brochures

By
Real Estate Agent with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services
Have you ever heard or had the buyer who was driving through a neighborhood and saw the lockbox on the house so they went up and looked in the window and then they went home and called a realtor? Make sure you're the realtor they call. Here's a quick and easy way to use a window static cling decal to provide information and create the buyer call. Steve, great idea.. thanks for posting!  I was hoping to see what it looked like in the window.  Where do you suggest purchasing these static cling sheets?

Karin-- I will print one. The beauty of these fits right into Charlie's comment in that they don't stand out too much to create a problem in a community that does not allow signs.

This is a good idea. I just listed a lakefront home yesterday. I will put one up today.

What a great idea. There are many instances where this would be a perfect information tool. I'm going to try this out myself. Thanks for the info!

Great idea, Steve. Plus, it's out of the elements, doesn't clutter up anything, and nobody else can take it down if it's inside. Is it static cling that goes on the inside of the window facing out, or is the static on the back so you put it on the outside of the glass?

Thanks for that.

You can buy the blank printable sheets at any office supply (staples) and they print so that you place them on the interior of the window.
