I've been considering a podcast where I would read some real estate related news that pertains to our region. Do you think realtors would listen to this? I figure realtors are all too busy to read so why not make an audio of the real estate news!

While I would be interested in encouraging you to take on a new venture, as for myself, I would never be listening to it.
However, it could be quite appealing to a younger crowd.

Brian: Thanks for the honesty. I'd like to think that people would go thru the trouble of downloading it and all, but in reality, I can't imagine any realtor--younger or not--going thru the trouble. And the thing would take me some time to make, etc. Perhaps just having a play button on my home page so anyone can listen when they visit?

Peter, I would listen. But then, I used to live in TO and have 164 Canadians in my community of Pelican Bay in Naples Florida. This is Toronto South in winter. I read Mc Leans and try to keep abreast of all things Canadian. A video would be great. Not to mention the Google juice.
