It Takes Time to See Results! A Good Broker Talking...

I remember some months ago when I sat down and thought if maybe all Brokers felt the way I did. That no matter how much effort you put forth to lend a hand and assist your Realtors, that it was never enough. That no matter how many closings you came to the table with, you would always fall short because it was not your Realtor sitting at the table with you.

Even though my own Realtors say nothing but great things about me it is always more important what they say when you're not looking (or listening). Turns out they say great things behind my back too. :)  It also turns out that not only are we coming off one of the best months for the brokerage but with an appearance on House Hunters, several news article (check today's Orlando Sentinel) and new Realtors inquiring weekly about joining the brokerage, I must be doing a few things right.

With that said, I am going to continue doing what I do as a Broker for my Realtors as well as for my clients. They are what is most important to me in this business. I'll do all of that for those simple two words we all can't wait to hear "Thank You". And, no I will not write a Jerry Maguire memo here, but maybe next time.

Hopefully things continue to only get better from here, not just for me but also for all of the Central Florida Realtors who continue to push forward in this difficult market. This is OUR time to shine. Lets turn the lights up high!
