Steve's Real Estate Tip Of The Day...9/25

By
Real Estate Agent with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services
I hear the pitter patter of rain on the window, but yet I still have clients. More than that, I still need to sell a house and pay my bills. If you're a listing agent stay in your office today and do paperwork but for the rest of us here's my tip of the day. I just couldn't help myself today and I know this one seems silly, until you see the unprepared agent and their wet clients walk into your house.

Steven- seems simple but what a great tip.  Living in Florida, you can count on it raining, especially in the afternoons.  And, you can't always count on your Buyers to have their own umbrella.  Cute video!

Hi Steven ~ "Bumbershoot" is a term of endearment we use in my family - too funny.  Why is this only for the guys? 'Cause the girls already have umbrellas in their cars?  I just love your videos - just subscribed to your blog.
