Thanks John. Consumers demand options. Many convert to full service or a la carte services. New buyer clients from all the listings is what makes it all worth while. Only one person/family can buy the property, hundreds will see it. Every buyer that is not interested in the house is a potential new client.

Nobody likes reducing their commission BUT if it results in doubling your income it makes sense.
