First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit - TIME IS RUNNING OUT!

Mortgage and Lending with Waterstone Mortgage Corporation

Here is a video that gives some important information about this credit, information that I hadn't really thought about until recently. Because I know that I hadn't thought about it, I feel it very important to share this information with any and all potential buyers - they really don't have much time remaining!  If you, a friend, a client, a family member, or someone you work with is still on the fence about buying, you need to send this to them@

Click here to see the video and share with anybody you know that is contemplating on buying a home but is still undecided and hasn't yet put an offer on a house!!!!

I know it could be a long winter if we do not get some help with buyers.

long time no here from but I'm sure that has to do with closing so many USDA Rural Development deals! Great video and thanks for sounding out the urgency for the tax credit. So many people I speak to mistakenly assume it's going to be extended or even expanded. I fear they are in for a nasty surprise!

With the RD rollover in effect I've found many looking for lenders that can close/fund during the down time. If you still can put a note out and let everyone know!

We are able to close and fund during the RD down time.  If anybody needs some help for a USDA loan in FL, AL, GA, SC or NC during this time starting October 1, let me know - with a full file, we can close in as little as 7 days (and it only takes that long because of the new RESPA/MDIA disclosure requirements!)

Well, it’s amazing. The miracle has been done. Hat’s off. Well done, as we know that “hard work always pays off”, after a long struggle with sincere effort it’s done.
