Buffini & Company Coaching and Referral Systems - Do you use them?

I have been a Buffini & Company member for about 6 months, and love the concept. Right now, I have opted to just purchase the referral system. We all know the best lead is a referral, and this system is a systematic approach to staying in touch with your past clients. The goal is that that they think of you as their Realtor. When they know of somebody that may have a real estate need, they think of you, and they want to refer you because they know the great service you provided to them during and after the transaction. Could I do this without paying for a system? Yes. Have I? No. It just makes it simple to have it come to me every single month.

So now I just had my complimentary group coaching session with Buffini. I think it is also a great concept because you set goals, and then the group sessions provides some accountability. I am thinking of joining the Group Coaching, and was wondering is there anybody out there that is currently doing it, and what do you think?

I look forward to your comments and thoughts.

Thanks,

Renee

We are in a referral based business and you can have accountability amongst a group of Realtors with the same goals.

I'm aware that certain past techniques are pasee~ and do not work anymore.

I'm aware of several "coaches" out there that sold real estate in the 80's trying to teach you 80's style selling. .unfortunately that does not work any more.

Ultimately, if you are going to pay for something . .do it to learn. .not just convenience with  a simple reminder about what you know already you should be doing it.

That is a great point, and appreciate you thoughts. The best accountability partner is a group with the same goals, and you can definitley achieve this on your own. You have given me something to think about. Thanks! Renee

Renee,  I have been coached by Buffini and Company for almost eight years now.  There is no way I would have the success that I have had if I tried to do this on my own.  Buffini has systems, that Brian changes often, I don't think the man sleeps.

With the end of this year coming, he has designed, the year end sprint.  Have you signed up for that?  It will give you a better idea of the difference between our community, systems and attempting to do this on your own.  Remember, this is only a small part of what they do for their members.

Aside from all of that, we are a strong community of successful members, who help and encourage eachother.  Try us out, you'll be glad you did:)

We have a family blog, here on the rain.  Stop by and visit us, we look forward to hearing from you!  The site is by and for members of our Buffini Community!

It's a Good Life,

Fran

Fran,

Thanks so much for your comments. I did sign up for the year end blitz, and just put the Week 1 activities into my outlook calendar. I am looking forward to it and seeing the results. I believe it is going to catapulte me into the new year. I definitley see the utility in the Buffini system, and your comments reaffirm. I should not hesitate or be scared, but rather excited, and lean forward.

Thank you so much for your encouragement. It feels good to know we are in this together and we all want to help one another be as successfull as we want to be. Thanks for the information on the family blog as well. I'm going to look it up right now!

Have a great first week blitzing! Hope to talk to you soon,

Renee
