coffee pot not required

Real Estate Agent with Exit IH 10 Realty

An office should have a great environment. It should have productive agents running around to serve their clients interests. The agents should have clients. It should be a place where laughter is happening. It should be a place where agents are challenged. It should be a place where agents want to go. It should be a place where agents know there is a difference.

Coffee pot and those standing around it not required!

Hey, it sounds like you found my office - and we really don't need a coffee pot at all - we are next door neighbors to Starbucks - it doesn't get any better than that, now does it?

I need the coffee pot.  I have always believed in a team effort and all the getting along or I would move to a new office.

I take my own coffee to the office so have no need for the pot.  Do you have the preverbal water cooler in your office?

Hi Rick ~ I've always thought that the interactions in the office are really important.  If we ever get to the point where we're all expected to work from home I'll find another office - or open one!  Nice post.
