Yesterday I was invited to an open house hosted by some home buyers that I helped earlier this summer.
I was thrilled that they invited me to come see their home and proudly show off their investment.
The home is in Wellington, Colorado in the Meadows Subdivision. They purchased the home as a short sale. As first time home buyers they were very patient but the last few weeks were quite harrowing at times. Since Wellington qualifies for the Rural housing financing from USDA they took advantage of not only the first time buyers tax credit of $8000 but also a no money down loan.
They are a great couple and it was so good to see what they had done with the house.
They are happy and that is very satisfying!
