for Swansboro, Cape Carteret, Cedar Point NC and Surrounding Areas for August 2009
The Swansboro, Cedar Point and Cape Carteret area had 15 sold properties in the following subdivisions: Star Hill North (2), Hidden Bay, Coldwater Creek (2), Star Hill, Bayshore Park, Hunting Bay, Dolphin Enterprise, John Jones S/D, Magens Bay, Swansboro, Pirates Cove, Hurst Harbour N and 1 of the homes for sale closed in an unincorporated area. Cape Carteret had 7 of the closed properties, 5 for Swansboro, and 3 for Cedar Point. The average sales price for August in the area was $228,873, the low was $75,000 and the high was $526,900.
In August 12 properties went into the pending sales status located as follows: 5 were in Swansboro, 1 was in Stella, and 6 for Cape Carteret. The homes for sale that went under contract for sale were located in the subdivisions of White Horse Ridge, Ardan Oaks, Hidden Bay, Silver Creek Plantation, Five Aprils Plantation, Fox Forest, River Oaks Plantation, Pirates Cove, Halls Creek (2), Raven Ridge, Deer Run, and none in an unincorporated locations.
Lot and Land activity for the Swansboro, Cedar Point and Cape Carteret area in August 2009 reflected no pending sales and 7 closed sales located in the subdivisions of Bluewater Cove, Crystal Shores, Forest Ridge, Halls Creek North and 2 in unincorporated areas.
